This class is one of the many donation-based classes happening in the Los Angeles area between January 8–22, 2010, created to support Y.O.G.A. for Youth's annual I AM THE DREAM fundraising campaign. YOGA For Youth brings Yoga and Meditation to inner city kids in schools, juvenile facilities, detention centers and even jails. The organization has figured out that Yoga can create miracles for these kids who desperately need tools to navigate their very difficult environments and situations. I cannot overstate how important this work is to these kids.
